Ingredients: 

For the chili pork :

2 lbs pork shoulder 

4 cups water 

1 bayleaf 

3 tbls California Chili powder 

2 tbls New Mexico chili powder 

1 tsp cumin 

1/2 cup flour or less 

3 sleaves crushed fresh garlic 

2 tbls salt or more to your flavor 

For the rice :

3 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup oil less or more can be used this is my preference
2 garlic cloves
Chopped onion (optional)
Knorr tomate & knorr chicken to taste
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
6 cups very hot water
6 sprigs Cilantro
