INGREDIENTS 

1 pound ground beef
⅓ cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder – optional, use if not doing onion in gravy
Gravy
1 onion – small
1 teaspoon oil
2 cups beef broth
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ketchup
½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
