Directions:

Coat the bottom of a large saute pan with olive oil and heat up on a medium high. Add the onions and cook until translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Add the garlic, hamburger and sausage. Cook until the meats are cooked through and crumble with your spatula as it cooks.

Add the chipolte peppers, adobo sauce, cumin, salt, pepper, oregano, tomatoes and katsup. Combine well and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite hamburger or slider bun.
