Old School Butter Pound Cake

– 3-1/4 cup white sugar.
– 1-1/2 cup cake flour.
– 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
– 1 cup cream cheese.
– 3 stick butter, unsalted, and softened.
– 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
– 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract.
– 1 teaspoon salt.
– 6 eggs, large.

-1- Beat the butter and cream cheese at medium speed with a blender until the mixture is blended.
-2- Add the sugar, vanilla and almond extract; beat to smooth, and soft. Reduce the speed to low.
-3- Add eggs one by one, with 1/2 cup flour alternating, until all eggs and flours have been utilized.
-4- Take a 10-cup shaped bundt oven, like buttered, oiled, and blurred.
-5-Place in the oven and heat to 325 ° F.  Bake about 90 minutes before a tester is inserted cleanly.
-6- Drop layer cake. Let it on the wire to cool completely.
