Ingredients :

1 pound of steak. Any steak would be fine. I used thinly sliced ribeye because it was what I had.
1 pound of tomatillos
3-4 serranos
1 cup bacon
7 green onion, Cebollas Cambray
1 cilantro, small bunch
2 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
Pinch of Mexican oregano
Pinch cumin
Salt
4 cups of beef or chicken broth ( use a little at a time to get the consistency you’d want)
