Carne Con Chili Colorado with mexican rice!

Directions : 

For the chili pork :

Cut pork into small cubic pieces then let cook for one hour with Bay leaf in the pot, once your meat is soft add 1/2 cup flower and add all dry ingredients including your cumin and garlic make, sure water is enough to keep your meat from drying up, let simmer on low for 20 minutes after you have added all ingredients! 

For the rice :

Add oil to a pan with the garlic cloves add your rice and brown until golden. Add water the knorr to your liking and granulated garlic. Stir well bring to a raging boil add cilantro turn to low cover and cook 25 minutes do not stir or uncover… and done!
