Cook the fusilli noodles according to the directions on the package.
Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to cool them down.
Once the noodles are cold, gently dab them with paper towel to soak up any remaining water.
Dump the noodles into a large mixing bowl.
Add the Caesar dressing and mayo to the bowl.
Stir until all of the noodles are coated in dressing.
Add the chopped Romaine lettuce to the bowl and stir until the lettuce is coated in dressing.
Add the shredded chicken, bacon bits, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend and shredded Parmesan to the bowl.
Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
Add the croutons to the bowl and stir them into the salad.
