arne Asada Tacos for my dinner today
Carne asada meat
Marinate 2 pounds of Carne asada Flap steak meat with 3 cups of meat marinate ,2 packets of sazon goya con culantro y achiote , juice from 3 oranges, and a couple of orange slices for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Grill on a hot skillet in light olive oil until fully cooked and cut into peices. Heat tortillas in light oil ,add meat with toppings.
Brown 2 cups of rice in light oil with 1/2 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 packets of sazon goya and 3 tablespoons of Korr chicken bouillion seasoning. Add hot water 1 inch above rice. Place lid on top cook high/med flame for 15 min then turn low and cook for another 5-10 min. Turn flame off and set aside to fluff.
